How long does shipping take

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not packed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

U.S. Shipping

Shipping within the United States is 100% free on all orders—no minimum purchase required.

International Shipping

We currently ship worldwide with a simple flat rate:

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are not included in our shipping charge.

Order Tracking

All orders include tracking. Once your package ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address issue, additional postage may be required to reship.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstance once an order has been placed. This includes cases where the product has not yet shipped.

Because our items are consumable and made for personal use, they cannot be restocked or resold once they leave our facility. For health, safety, and quality control reasons, we are unable to take back any opened or unopened products.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or defective in any way, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement if appropriate. Replacements are only issued for items that arrive damaged or faulty—not for preference changes or buyer’s remorse.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin

Our formulas are created to be gentle and suitable for most skin types. However, everyone’s skin is different. We recommend performing a small patch test before full use, especially if you have known sensitivities.

Is your packaging recyclable

Yes — our glass bottles and most packaging materials are recyclable. We recommend rinsing the bottle before recycling.
